  1. Issues with windows after changing motherboard and cpu

Hi, I changed my motherboard and cpu earlier today And have updated the bios to the most recent version. But when I go to sign in I can’t access internet at all either Ethernet or wifi and I can’t sign in because it says my pin is no longer available due to a change to security settings on this device and tells me to set up a new pin. but I can’t because I can’t access the internet at all the pop is blank so am currently locked out of my computer.

    :)
