  1. Issues with windows auto repair tool after BSOD Critical process died

Hello, I had an issue where my laptop's gpu wouldn't show in device manager, but I could see it in hidden devices, and it was detected by BIOS so I tried to use a backup for windows recovery. And backup went okay at first, but gpu would still not show. I tried to reboot windows I do not know if this affects what happened in any way but I had an external drive connected to my computer at the time and got a BSOD with error CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED.After a few hours of trying everything I could using only what bsod allows me, so diagnostic tools after windows auto repair not doing much : -SFC sc

  3. BSOD - Critical Process Died

    Hi Tony,

The blue screen error with a stop code 'Critical Process Died' that you encountered can be caused by a recent update, device drivers that got corrupted or system files that got corrupted. For us to resolve your concern, kindly answer the questions below:

    • What changes were made or what updates were installed prior to the issue occurring?
    • Did you mean to say that you ran your device in safe mode when you said that you booted the device with only Microsoft Processes running?
    • Which version and build of Windows 10 is installed on your device?

As an initial recommendation, we suggest that you follow the steps on this
    link
to run the driver verifier. Driver verifier is an inbuilt tool in the Windows operating system, which helps you to test the drivers which may be corrupted. These corrupted drivers may contribute as to why you're getting a "Blue Screen of Death" (BSOD)
    or stop errors.

We look forward to your response to our queries.

  4. Issues with windows auto repair tool after BSOD Critical process died

    Windows 10 critical process died

I have tried every solution provided by Microsoft for the stopcode: critical process died. Windows 10 will not load. I have tried to use auto repair, advanced options, system restore, startup repair, command prompt and startup settings and none of them
    seem to work. Any suggestions?
