    Issues With Windows Hello


    I am having trouble getting Windows Hello to work properly on my brand new Surface Pro 7 running Windows 10. I have tried the troubleshooting suggestions, installing updates, improving recognition, etc. Nothing seems to work and it's really frustrating - especially when I have zero issues with a fruit-named-competitor's facial recognition. Any ideas before I need to RMA my device would be helpful.
