Windows 10: Issues with windows updates a device not receiving computer certificate being pusshed by GPO

I am running Windows 11 23h2 enterprise. Over the last week I have started having issues with the Dell laptops not pulling the computer certificate being pushed by GPO. It seems to be an issue with Windows update as I am only having this issue with devices that are fully patched and are dells. If I join a dell before patching it gets the certificate and if I join a thinkpad even if ully patched it gets the certificate. Any ideas on this?

Option 2: Manually decrease Hardware Acceleration for your video adapter

Right click on Computer
Go to Properties
Click on Device Manager
Right click on the Unidentified Device
Go to Properties
Go to the Drive tab
Click on Update Driver…
Browse my computer for driver software
Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer
Windows Common Controller for Window Class
Xbox 360 Wireless Receiver for Windows Version: 2.1.0.1349 [8/13/2009]
Update Driver Warning
Click Yes

At first I couldn't see the list what contains what I've highlighted so I clicked the back button and then went forward to that step again and it was right there, so problem solved *Big Grin

 

Windows update issues

It works, but I still need to fix it so that way I dont have to plug computers directly to the modem to get windows update to work. It was also blocking me from installing directx.
