Windows 10: Issues with Xbox one controller on Windows 10

After playing a game with xbox one controller for about an hour and exiting it Windows 10 UWP apps start acting like a button or trigger on the controller are pressed, It starts scrolling in MS store or zooming photos in photos app, the xbox button stops calling Xbox Game Bar. The issue remains even if i turn off the controller, only a system reboot helps. This is happening when controller is connected via bluetooth, with wired connection everything is fine.

My controller is 1708, Windows 10 20H2.

Can’t connect Xbox one controller to pc
