Windows 10: Isue with 22H2 to 23H3 upgrade TPM module

I have windows 11 22H2 instaled for 2 years when i try to upgade it to 23H2 it says i have no TPM 2.0 module, but i have it enabled in bios and it was no isue when i first instaled system 2 years ago. Specs B450 Motherboard, Ryzen 5 5500, 16 gb DDR4.

1. Check If TPM is Disabled in BIOS: In some cases, the TPM module might be disabled in your BIOS. Go into your BIOS settings and look for a setting related to TPM. It is often under the “security” tab, but it can vary based on the manufacturer. If it’s disabled, enable it.
   
2. Clear the TPM: If TPM is enabled but not detected, you may need to clear it. This option is also usually found in the BIOS settings. Checking out a TPM module

I have a two year old laptop that is compatible with Windows 11 and in the BIOS I can find Secure Boot - enable or not and nothing listed in the Security section about the TPM module that I think is a dedicated chip on the motherboard. My query is how do I know if the TPM module is enabled or not seeing that there is no reference to it in the BIOS? Any help appreciated*Smile

Are you referring to your HP ProBook? My HP ProBook 450 G6 has TPM features you can configure in the BIOS under Security / TPM Embedded Security. It's turned on by default.
