Windows 10: "It-administrator limited access"

    Hi!One day after i got home from work, windows wouldnt open, could only see the lenovo logo and then black. I tried to diagnose, but then it went black again. Safemode - black. I decided to reset the computer since i have a ekstern harddisk that i save everything on and this is only "work" private computer. I thought that the power of the laptop went out in a middle of an update resulting in file corruption. It started again after the reset. But i cant scan for viruses, since the scan fane is gone from the defender box, and a bubble pops up stating "it administrator has limited access". Its
