Windows 10: It continuously shows "your device couldn't recognise you..." On the lock screen video link...

When ever my laptop is idol state it automatically locks the screen and turn off the screen and it's common but From the last few days whenever my laptop is in idol state it locks the screen but it continuously shows "your device couldn't recognise you..." And slightly flicker It's happening whenever it is lockscreen and with this my laptop cannot go to sleeping automatically or turn display off after some time... I haven't gotteen to this suggestion yet - but, I've shut down half my Extensions and, now, I get the voice of the Youtube videos - but still not the video. Thought this clue might help.

 

Windows 10 Lock Screen backround turns black

Hi Keilth,

To resolve your issue with your devices lock screen, follow the steps below:

• Go to Settings.
• Click Personalization, then select Lock screen.
• On the drop-down option, select Picture.
• Choose a picture you want to show on your lock screen.
• Restart your device.
• Then repeat step 1 and step 2.
• Now on the drop-down, switch it back to Windows spotlight.
