one day, I was recharging my laptop and I encounter a uncomfortable issue, called "The AC power adapter wattage and type could not be determind". It was normal because every time I charge the laptop, I charge the laptop, the same problem appears as the PC warn me when i turn the laptop on. The thing is, if the problem happens when I'm working, the battery cannot be charge, it stays the same battery percent for hours and capped the CPU usage which is seen at the task manager at 23% and lag the PC. One time, I overused the PC till 0% and it shutdown, when I charge it, the same problem comes as

Use the following steps:

Navigate to Settings>Personalize>Background

Under background,

In the drop down list select Slide show.

I did check it out and already had it disabled so enabled and still no battery showing up in the bios. I guess I'll be taking it apart

Thank you for reaching out to the community - by Windows 10 slide show, do you mean the desktop background slide show is not working or the slideshow option in the Photos app?

If it's the desktop background slide show and you are using on a laptop or tablet that is unplugged, by default the power options will likely not continue the slideshow. You can change this option in the advanced power settings:

• Type Power Options in the Search/Cortana bar
• Open the Power Options - Control Panel option
• Select Change plan settings on the power option that is selected for your device
• Click Change advanced power settings
• Under Desktop background settings - Slide Show, change the "On battery" option from Paused to Available
