Windows 10: it doesnt let me install any updates due too the error code 0x8007001f

I installed it and updated but it gives me the error and then i just normally ignore the error. then after few weeks the update comes again and tells me to restart my pc so i did. and the same error comes again. I have no idea what to do. please help.

I followed the steps but I got the same error message as I got when I tried the suggestion of DaveM121 -- 0x8007001F-0x20006

The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during the REPLICATE_OC operation.

 

Windows 10 upgrade installation failure due to error code 0x8007001f

I'm trying to upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10; however, the installation continues to fail due to error code 0x8007001f. Does anyone know how to resolve the error?
