Windows 10: It has been 6 months. I still get error code 0x80073D13. I just want to play minecraft.

I got a new pc and when I went to the xbox app to reinstall some of my games it didn't show my drive. I tried multiple solutions from online. I checked to make sure my drive was formatted as NTFS. I still keep getting the same error code. I have tried everything i can think of. Please help me.

Windows store installing issues (Error code 0x80073d13)

I use a shadow tech PC (Cloud pc gaming) to play games and previously had State of decay 2 installed on the microsoft store, Having bought it recently again and attempted to install anything throws up error code 0x80073d13. I use both the microsoft store
app and the xbox app and both provide this error, I did check and both the drives I attempted to install to (C: and D are NTFS drives, I can't seem to work out why this error is being thrown up. Any help would be amazing,

1. In Minecraft, select Play.
   
2. Select the Friends tab and choose Join Realm.
   
3. If you are playing on console, enter the 6-digit invite code. If you have received a Share Link invitation, the invite code will be the last six digits of the URL.
   
4. Select Join.
