Windows 10: It is possible to transfer my Windows´s license to my new computer?

Hi,For the company that I work, we are buying new computers and would like to know if it´s possible to transfer my actual license to my new computer or no?If it is possible, this is legal or I can get some trouble doing?Thanks!

If its the free upgrade originated from an OEM Windows 7 or Windows 8 preinstalled license, it is still not transferrable, even though it says its retail in the command line using slmgr.vbs /dlv command.
