Windows 10: It is really annoyed that microsoft store frequently LOW and UNRELIABLE

It is worth noting that these apps keep loading for downloading, updating and installing for almost 60 minutes, I restarted my laptop, do anything from google suggestions, and surprisingly, none of which are successfully installed. I am too tired to wait for these such slow and unstable progress to be installed. Additionally, the Internet is fast and reliable, so don't mistake these long-lasting problems for slow Internet or anything else. Next, rarely do people use microsoft store to download applications, whatever updates microsoft brings to Windows, they forget that microsoft store is one o

I suggest the following simple steps:

1. Set the autosave options in MS Office to a low value say 5 minutes.
2. Setup file history to autosave frequently - the shortest period is 5 mins
3. Install Macrium Reflect Free and configure it to do a daily incremental system backup

You should be well covered if you do the above to protect your key files.

How do I get rid of this annoying Microsoft Store startup window that started appearing on my laptop without my permission? Please stop adding unapproved items to my computer which will surely require a complex repair with at least a dozen steps that that
