password error every day

i am having to change my password each and every day because it comes up incorrect password when my son logs in on his xbox each day.

it does the same thing on my computer if i try to log in on here to Microsoft account is keeps saying incorrect pass word as well, so i do a password reset with changing the password after i get a verify number from the server put in the old password and it
says it can not be used.

so that means the password has been used by me but i have never changed it from that password

• Have you tried resetting your password?
• Yes I did, but of course it asks for my old password which when I enter it says it's incorrect. I also tried setting a PIN but again it asks for my password.
