Windows 10: 'It looks like something went wrong, but we can help' Microsoft store

Hello,Whilst trying to purchase Game Pass ultimate For PC, I encountered an error where once I entered my password, it said 'It looks like something went wrong, but we can help' with a code at the bottom different every time and a date and time in a different time zone to me. I have tried resetting the store and changing the time zone the first just didn't work, I don't know how to fix the last and am wondering what I should do to fix this.

• Are you getting any error message?
  
• Since when are you facing this issue?
  
• Are you aware of any changes made on the computer recently?

This error code might appear when the system failed to connect to Windows Store. It might be caused by a third-party software or program that prevents accessing default applications. For better assistance, we would like to ask the following:

• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

Meanwhile, we suggest that you run the troubleshooter for Windows Store and Microsoft Edge. For your reference, check this

the troubleshooter for Windows Store:

• On Cortana search, type troubleshooting.
