Windows 10: It says my installed apps taking 370 of 475 gb i dont even have that many apps!! how is...

how is this possible when i open installe apps the app with the largest amount used is like 200mb like how??

How to setup an APP Password? MS instructions dont match web pages?

You can repeat these steps to create an app password for as many apps or devices as you need.

1. Go to the Security basics page and sign in to your Microsoft account.
2. Select More security options.
3. Under App passwords, select Create a new app password. A new app password is generated and appears on your screen.
4. Enter this app password where you would enter your normal Microsoft account password in the application.

Note: Once you have created and entered an app password for a given app or device, you usually won't need to do it again.

images: for ppl that use lots of image apps

image app/site where you can it takes 2 images and auto-puts them side by side into 1 image

there was an image app a long time ago that does this, i've no idea what the name was tho
maybe there's something that is current & better

minimal requiremetns

1. should take a few steps (2 or so steps) just like that prevous app/site
2. app/site needs to have a specfiic feature specifically for this
3. should be free ofc for such a simple thing

since many ppl dont use many image apps, this may be a hard find

 

Why are Ovi installer CACHE files taking 1 GB on my hard drive (2 x 475 MB)

I have 2 directories:



C:\users\All Users\OviInstallerCache (475 MB size)

C:\ProgramData\OviInstallerCache (475 MB size)



Why the heck does Ovi need 2 directories with cached installation files. This enormous amount of space, together almost 1 GB. I know the concept of installation files caching, but why 2x, but why twice?

So here is the scoop. I uninstalled Ovi Suite. And I have 1.7 GB more space. Are you kidding me?? Is this serious? Why does Ovi need such a outrageous amount of space.



And this is was just a fresh install in February, no upgrades, I haven't even used it much so far, no music nothing.



Is this just me or everybody's Ovi installation takes this amount of space?
