    Hello, please help. I can't seem to log in inside of my laptop because there's this set up a pin popping out of my screen. I haven't made any pins before. I've tried some tips but still, the problem is still there. It says somethings wrong and that I wasn't connected to the internet but I was. I tried skipping it, but it was still the same. I clicked retry, but it just goes back to the problem. Please help.

    Windows Hello PIN Something went wrong. we weren't able to set up your pin.

    Surface book2; I got this message "Windows Hello PIN Something went wrong. we weren't able to set up your pin. You can try again, or skip this step and set up PIN later" since 2 years ago until now. I looked through all the suggested like NGC file, DISM command, gpedit.msc, and more. I really don't want to reinstall everything because it will cause more problem and time.

    please fix this problem.

    Setting up a pin

    Hello, I am trying to set up a pin for my Microsoft laptop but I get this message

    "Something went wrong

    We weren't able to set up your PIN. You can try again, or skip this step and set up a PIN later."

    I tried trying again, skipping the step and trying again later nothing worked. can you help me with this?

    Unable to access pin set up from log in page

    Thanks for the info but when I tried your suggestion and web link, I still cannot log in and still get the same issue where I am stuck in the circle. Log in and get directed to the create pin or skip selection. Try to create pin and it keeps saying something went wrong. Tried to skip step and get moved straight to the log back in screen.
