Windows 10: It seemed that printer update with RPC in Windows 11 Version 22H2 might cause network...

At learn.microsoft.com, I have known that RPC connection updates for print in Windows 11 has been available in Windows 11, version 22H2.but there are some issues in connecting shared printers which has been connected in Windows 11, version 22H2 operating system and above.If I use Windows 10 to connect shared printers which connected to Windows 11, version 22H2, the connection will be failed, and returned 0x00000709 error.also, Windows 11, version 23H2, has this problem too. I can't use Windows 10, version 22H2, or Windows 11, version 23H2 to connect shared printers, which connected to Windows

It's a known issue in Windows 11 22H2. Setting “Configure RPC Connection settings” GPO to “RPC over named pipes” fixes the issue.

In 22H2, the default RPC connection method has changed. Setting “Configure RPC Connection settings” GPO to “RPC over named pipes” might fix the issue.

RPC configuration for network shared printer Windows 11 23H2

Hi,

I am referring to the post at Windows 11 Error message 0x00000709 when trying to install shared - Microsoft Community . For solution given by Ramesh Srinivasan below:

I need clarification for the given steps from the link above that is this need to be configured for both PC which are PC that

• direct connect to the printer via USB and share the printer,
  
• and PC that wants to connect to that printer ?
