Windows 10: it wont let me turn on copy history

all the other people that get help have gp edit but i dont cause im using Windows 10 Home and whennver i go to clipboard settings it says "some settings are hidden or managed by your organization"

Turn on File History in Windows 10

To address your concern, we suggest that you turn off File history then add the drive again.


To turn off File History, please follow these steps:

• Click the Start​ button, select Settings.
  Click Update & security.
• Choose Backupand click More options.
• See advanced settings, then click the Turn off button.
  

Restart the system then turn back on File History and add the drive.

If the issue persist, run the System File Checker tool. System File Checker
scan for corruptions in Windows system files and restore corrupted files.

My hp laptop wont turn on

Flea power is usually the culprit here, basically its residual power that remains on the computer even after thecomputer has been shutdown. You can drain the flea power with the steps the other answers have suggested.

• Disconnecting the battery and adapter
• Press the hardpress the power button for 30 seconds
• This should clear the flea power
