Windows 10: it won't open my onscreen keyboard

It does not want to open the keyboard on the screen when I want to change the pin code. I would like some advice because I can't get into the tablet. I don't know who to connect the keyboard to, it doesn't have a usb port

I have a Dell Latitude 7220 tablet using Windows 10. The device is currently in tablet mode and the onscreen keyboard will not deploy. The keyboard icon is visible in the bottom right hand corner, but nothing happens when you click on it. I have gone in the keyboard settings and checked use your device without a physical keyboard--Use on screen keyboard. In addition, the box under ease of access-keyboard-use onscreen keyboard is also checked.

A floating keyboard is available with the win+ctrl+0 keys, but I am wondering why I cannot have the icon or have an auto pop-up when typing is available. Any suggestions would be wonderful.

Keep onscreen keyboard from displaying at startup

I suggest to try the steps below and check if it helps.

• Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete key on the Keyboard.
• Click on More details.
• Go to Startup Tab.
• Right click on Onscreen Keyboard And select
  disable.

Turn off on screen keyboard

• Open Start menu, type
  Settings in search bar and click on Settings.
• Click on Ease of access and select
  Keyboard.
• Then, Turn off the on screen keyboard.
