Windows 10: it won’t perform properly even though nothing is wrong, as far as i know

um i dont know how to explain this, my laptop stopped working all out of a sudden Years ago, like it works, but it’s slow and keeps freezing, it won’t reset in ANY way, i tried everything.

a window keeps showing up everytime i start my laptop and its like a command thingy idk it says Administrator: C:\Windows\system32\cmd.exe

i need to fix it, please, if anyone can help me please do

i thought that it had something to do with storage or something but my laptop is basically Empty, i have no games, no apps, nothing, i really dont understand. its a windows 10 and it keeps updating regularly but i really dont know whats wrong
