    Microsoft not sending me sms code. I know password, I am signed in. But it says that my account blocked because I violated some rules. So now I should restore and get sms code. But it doesn't send it to Kazakhstan. Is it possible to solve this somehow. Cause I forgot my laptops password, without sms I can't use it anymore. Sorry for poor choice of words, I am non native speaker. Thx
