    It´s a hp laptop, it came with win 10 in 2019 i think it was i bought it second hand, its a Elitebook 850 G7. it never looked like the elitebook i saw prior to deciding to get one for myself... BUT ONCE, only once .... and that was maybe at try #20 to reset/store it to factory crispness ... it never worked really good, it got win 10 installed, loads of unrecognized devices in dev-manager and grainy sad picture, and so on ... But that 1 time i must have done something different, because wow .... it really was like factory new, not ONE device wonky in dev-man .... and none hidden Super-sharp bri

    Challenge phase requested on every start up

    Hi, someone tried to access my computer a couple of weeks ago now and I am now getting asked to complete a challenge phase every time I start up before I can enter my pin.

    The fix was listed as ...

    1. Press Windows key + R to launch the Run command.
    2. Type netplwiz and press Enter.
    3. On the User Accounts window, select your username and uncheck Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer.
    4. Click Apply.
    5. Type your Password twice and click OK.
    6. Restart your PC and redo the steps in reverse to enable the sign in with password again.
    7. Restart your PC again and see if the challenge phrase would still occur.

    However maybe as I am administrator I am not being offered the option to uncheck users must enter a user name and password to use this computer.

    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Computer Not Working

    It's a laptop and it has a battery so I don't think that will work unless you want me ripping out the battery repeatedly

    Solitaire Daily Challenge Error Message

    Hi I have 1709 Build 16299.192

    Yes have run Windows Apps troubleshooter .. no help have tried reinstalling using Windows Store but it says I have the latest version . As stated the individual solitaire games will launch and play.. just not Daily Challenge. the game Jigsaw launches
    and the Daily Challenge does work...
