Windows 10: Its been 3 months since a Windows 10 update and I am getting an error(not exactly an error...

After an update approximately 3months back ... every time I shut down my pc and boot it up again it shows " scanning and repairing drive c " I have no virus all my downloads like games and etc have been saved in a separate drive nothing has been deleted from drive c ... idont know why this "error" shows it take only about 10 secs for this to finish but I have to face it every time I boot up .. does anyone have a solution for this?

List the EXACT "blah, blah" you mention, here please... for ALL installation cases!

(Sound like a possible "DLL-Hell" issue, but "Windows File Protection" &/or "System File Protection" should have countered for this... no biggie, there's ways around that too!)
