    Its been more than 20 days still no one contacted me.


    I was having issue with my laptop, as when I bought the laptop I also bought the win 11 original within the laptop, and few weeks later the windows 11 showing activate windows.and I rushed to the retail shop owner and claimed about the refund or exchange, he refused and asked to contact the Microsoft directly.then I contacted the support and found they are inaccurate number, the store owner gave this to me:Contact: +1 502 252-1411When I asked the owner of the store about the irresponsive call even after calling and got no response, they asked me to write this issue on forum.Please sort this
