Windows 10: iTunes cannot update due to Registry error that I can't resolve. Please help?

I recently got a new HDD installed on my laptop due to my old one being busted last week. I have downloaded iTunes to my laptop no problem and I have my music folder transferred through a backup I did before my old HDD crashed. However, tonight, when Apple Update prompted me to update my iTunes, I have not been able to update to do a registry error. I have tried to download the update and manually try to install it, I have tried to re-download iTunes via the Microsoft store, and I can't even uninstall my current iTunes due to the same error. I have ran a registry and computer fixing softwa

+1 to listing your full system specs, OS version, etc. I did only look at your BSOD log file.

Run a Diskchk /R (I know you already ran one, so you can skip this)

Run SFC /SCANNOW

Report back.

It seems that there's a problem with that particular link. Anyhow, here are some steps that you can try and see if it resolves the issue:

• Disable your third-party antivirus.
• Install iTunes as administrator.
• Update your Windows.
• Restart your PC.
• Visit Apple forums to check for suggestions.
