Windows 10: iTunes - Detects My iPhone for a split second & disappers Again

Hello there,Today I tried to create a backup of my iPhone 12 using my PC Windows 11 Pro 64 Bit.However, after I tried connecting it to iTunes, it only showed up for a split second, and then disappeared again. I reinstalled both, the Windows Store and the Apple Website version, but nothing changed. I also tried restarting the Apple Drivers, but I didn't achieve any positive results.After speaking with apple technical team through their Chat support - tried connecting my iPhone to a windows 11 laptop & it worked perfectly fine there.After all the trouble shooting - it was conclud

Hi Stephen,

As per the above info, I suggest that you uninstall iTunes and reinstall it. If the issue persist, refer to the article If iTunes doesn‘t recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod provided in the link below

If you have applies the above steps and still cannot detect your device, I suggest that you contact apple support for further rectification

thanks for your reply. I was trying avoid reinstalling as I have about 7000 tracks and 100 videos in my iTunes Library which I can't replace and would be hard to back up.
