Windows 10: itunes doesn't have sound only for TV shows on my Windows 10 PC

Tried most of the suggestions out there.


- itunes playback preferences - toggled between Direct Sound and Windows session several times

- Checked and unchecked AC3 Pass through in audio preferences while running the video

- Made sure the windows default is set to the right sound output

etc.




itunes music does play sound correctly. Only when I view a TV show, there is no sound.


I haven't reinstalled itunes or sound drivers as I don't expect this to fix anything. The itunes app is the latest version and very recently installed.

iTunes video sound stops working.

When I am watching any TV shows on iTunes, the sound goes crackly then stops working (like sound is on mute). This happens about 10 minutes into the show. It happens to all TV shows I've got. (This issue does NOT happen when playing songs). Please help.

Playing SD videos.

My computer:

• Windows 10
• HP 110 Desktop PC Series
• external audio (speakers) (Realtek HD Audio Manager)
• iTunes is current (12.4.2)
• All Microsoft updates are current.
• iTunes audio setting in "preferences": Windows Audio Session. Bitrate For Audio Playback: 48kHz. Bits per sample for audio playback: 24.
• Display Adapters: Intel(R) HD Graphics

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Apple TV 1 doesn't show purchased content

I've set up an Apple TV 1, and it's both logged into my store account, and connected to iTunes. However, I cannot watch my purchased TV shows. It says there is no content, and that I need to "Set up a connetion with iTunes, or purchase TV shows from the iTunes Store" which I have already done. If I search for a TV show I own on the Apple TV, it won't let me watch it, it doesn't recognise that I've purchased it. It only gives me the option to purchase it. Can anyone help me get this working?
