Windows 10: Itunes doesnt recognize admin on my win10 pc.

Has anyone had or having an issue with itunes not recognizing admin after reinstalling win10.ie reinstalled win10 then install itunes on the computer!Itunes opens but says "i dont have enough privileges" but the only account on my pc is mine and its a admin.I can log on the net with my account ok..so account name and password are ok.I have reinstall afew time and no good....i have done the user account setting to min as well and that didnt work...I turned off my virus protection....no good..My VPN is turned off...I have talked to apple techs and they have pointed me to microsoft.Any help wou

Itunes does not recognize device in windows 10

I'm on a fully updated Win10 PC, latest iTunes, and iTunes will not recognize the iPad.

I did try and update the mobile driver on the PC, but it reported it already had the latest version. Win Explorer sees and can browse the iPad, no issue, but iTunes won't recognize it to save it's own life!
