Windows 10: iTunes issues

I have uninstalled iTunes several times and re-installed, but when I try to open it, I keep getting a box thast says the previous version of iTunes needs to be uninstalled. It tries to uninstall it but never completes.

• Confirm which build is currently installed on your device. To check, follow the steps below:

1. Press Windows key + R, then type in winver.
2. Click OK.

• What is the make and model of your computer?
• Are you getting any error messages? It would be best if you can send us a screenshot of your concern. You can use the
  Snipping Tool to capture screenshots.
• Does the issue only happen on iTunes? Have you tried playing videos using another application?
