Windows 10: iVCam just purchased the premium annual not working when changed a phone

I was using an iphone version 5s but my daughter gave her iphone 6. so I deleted the app and downloaded in the iphone 6...now is asking to pay again? can somebody help me 6 when trying to use . I bouth it because it says that I can use the phone also as a web cam and microphone

I can't get rid of the ads in Microsoft's Premium Solitaire Collection after purchasing it

I purchased the premium edition of the Microsoft Solitaire Collection a couple of years ago, and I have been renewing annually since. Starting this year, I now get ads, even though I have renewed. I get a message that says I already have the premium edition
and that I need to delete the app on my computer and reload it. I have done this everyday and I can't get rid of the ads or the message that says to delete the app and to download again.

Any suggestions on how to get this to work again? If not, how do I get a refund? I certainly DO NOT want to pay for an app that isn't working.

Unable to Cancel Windows Phone ISV Annual Subscription

I am not given the option to cancel my Windows Phone ISV Annual Subscription. I followed the directions listed in the email, but I am only given the option to change payment. How do I cancel the subscription?

Please advise.

Your list confirms my phone is eligible, Lumia 521. The windows Insider App fails after ~ 15 seconds, restores data and gives me error 80073cf9. I trouble shot this and went thru all the steps mentioned on several websites including MS without any luck. Short of a hard reset, this is where I am now. Suggestions appreciated.
