Windows 10: I've been completely locked out of my laptop.

I'm not entirely certain what is going on, but I will be completely honest so as to get the best help I'm able to.My laptop is an old one, it is the Lenovo ideapad 110-15ACL and the model is 80TJI use Windows 10Normally, on account of how old my laptop is, it takes a good moment to turn on.To give you a run down of what I know, I was attempting to play a Roblox game. Yes, indeed, Roblox. However, there was an error in launching the game and my computer froze. It was at this point that I restarted it, as that usually does the trick and initially all seemed well! It was loading in like normal.ho

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????
