I've Been Dealing with Random Shutdowns, Black Screens, and No Signal Issues for 50 Days!

I started encountering recurring issues with my PC over a month ago January 22, 2025. Initially, the monitor lost signal, followed by the screen turning black. After a short period, the system restarted on its own, and everything returned to normal. However, the issue has persisted intermittently. Sometimes, the screen freezes on a single frame, and while I could still communicate on Discord, the system became unresponsive to inputs like Alt + F4. Other times, the screen turned black, and the system restarted without warning. One notable occurrence happened while I was playing a game—it resulted

    Random black screen flickering issue

    Win10 Enterprise version 1909 build 18363.720

So I've been trying to troubleshoot an incredibly annoying screen flickering issue for months now.

I have a dual monitor setup, one is an Asus ProArt PA248 connected via Display port, and the other is actually a 32inch Toshiba TV connected via HDMI.

This setup ran fine for years and then one day I started getting a random black screen flicker, some details about the issue:
    - Both monitors flicker together, it isn't isolated to just 1 of them
    - Happens every 5-10 seconds, randomly
    - It can go for days without any issues, and kicks in randomly at random times
    - There's no colors mixed into the flicker, it's pure black

    Some troubleshooting steps I've tried
    - New cables, no luck
    - Messing with every driver I can find, stock windows drivers and all versions of Intel display drivers
    - Someone suggested I bypass the built in Intel display adapter and MB ports & drivers so I bought a cheap GT 1030, was fine for a couple days then the exact same flicker issue started back up, so the issue doesn't even seem to be display/driver/graphic card related
    - Booting into safe mode the issue went away, it could have just been a random coincidence but I found it interesting that the issue stopped while I was in safe mode

My PC hasn't changed much over the years so all the obvious troubleshooting hasn't led anywhere, I'm not sure where to look or what to try next, the PC is a little dated at 6 years but still runs fine otherwise I'd hate to have to build out a new system just because of this issue.

I've Been Dealing with Random Shutdowns, Black Screens, and No Signal Issues for 50 Days!

Screen goes black while playing Metro Exodus, then "No Signal"

I was playing Metro Exodus for a while. The screen went black followed by a "No Signal" message on screen. I could hear the video card fans screaming away (as they had been while playing the game), but no picture. I decided to do a forced shutdown by holding the power button down. Nothing. The computer would not shutdown. Then tried the RESET button on the PC case. Nothing. I had to unplug it from the wall for it to shutdown. What I have done with no success-
    1. Tried plugging into different Display Port port on the video card.
    2. Video card was very dirty. Blew it out it compressed air.
    3. CPU cooler and all fans really dirty. Blew it out it compressed air.
Now when I boot up I get a momentary splash screen from the video card, then it goes black and no signal. Did I fry the video card? Is there a reset of some sort? Why wouldn't the PC do a forced shutdown? That is new to me.
