Windows 10: Ive been experiencing constant crashes by Service Control Manager.

Ive been having constant crashes during games such as cs2 and others that arent supposed to crash, all of that crashes logged by fatal error on Service Control Manager ID 7000 - DistributedCOM also been warning and i also experienced crashes w/ it before i formated my pc. My system is good, resisted several stress tests and the only ''bad part'' on it would be the SSD, which is on 62% rn and im about to change for a new really good one, but i wanted to see if it was possible to have a solution on the actual problem without having to spend any dollars which is not my currency and id have to

Constant Crashing & Sleep Wake Issues

First Problem: about 80% of the time, my laptop won't wake up from sleep mode via keyboard press or mouse move/click. I seem to be missing many common features in power plan too, even after fresh Windows 10 install.
Troubleshooting Steps:

1. Reinstalled Windows 10 (clean)
2. Updated all drivers
3. Replicated on multiple Windows 10 versions, updates
4. BIOS latest version
5. No USB devices attached, ever. Only USB-C power and bluetooth mouse
6. Disabled "fast startup" in control panel

Second Problem:constantly crashing, blue screen of death.
