    So I have a windows 10 laptop with a very old AMD processor and 3gb of ddr3 ram. I upgraded the laptop to have 6gb. I've been trying to fix this laptop for a friend.

    The laptop was missing track pad drivers but I found 2 compatible replacements: ELAN and synaptics. I installed the ELAN drivers and the track pad was still not functional, so I completely purged the drivers and prepared to install Synaptics.

    However, I noticed something. The drivers for the internal keyboard and the wireless keyboard had a warning symbol on them in device manager. I checked out the properties and it said the drivers were corrupted.

    I Uninstalled the drivers and restarted but the drivers were still gone so now I can't really access the laptop except through a separate external mouse and keyboard from my personal desktop pc.

    Whats a good way i can get the drivers back? Windows update wouldn't install the drivers. I can't reset the PC because of personal files. MS tech support told me to reinstall windows which doesn't help.

    It was working normaly, but sudenly it got stucked so i turned it off, when y turned it on i got really scared, because it wasn´t working, i´ve checked everything, but it still doesn´t work, and even i can´t do skype calls. What do i do?

    Drivers: Tech support created a problem...

    I contacted tech support to help with a 'freeze' problem. In Microsoft tech support's effort to resolved my problem on my laptop they deleted so much stuff and 'updated' so much that now the internal mouse on laptop is in operable. The tech has tried
    to resolve the new issue with no positive results yet. I will have another session with the tech this evening but looking ahead if this problem caused by Microsoft is not resolved what are Microsoft's responsibility to fix and/or replace my laptop?

    i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
    nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????
