    Hello all,Computer Specs right away:Intel I7 12700kMSI NVIDIA 4070 SuperCorsair 6000mhz DDR5 RAMMSI Z690 Force Wi-fi motherboardMultiple M2 NVME SSDs including the boot drive and two 8TB HDDsTo my knowledge, all drivers and updates are in place for all components and Windows itself.I built the computer in December of 2023, and did not experience a Blue Screen until January 1st of this year. It has happened four times since January 1st. I had a NVIDIA 3060 TI until November of 2024 when I upgraded I recently started having issues with my Windows PC blue screening or just restarting.     Hi Jon,

    Startup blue screen error(s) can occur if a problem causes your PC to shut down or restart unexpectedly. It could be due to the following:

    • Outdated device software drivers
    • Corrupted Windows update system files
    • Software/Security conflicts

    We would like to know some information:

    • Did you get any blue screen stop error codes?
    • Have you tried booting in Safe mode?

    I have tried all of the options there, Which is why i included in my post the lists of things that i performed to isolate the cause of bsod. Thanks

    after monthes of running system it was fine then on windows 7 it blue screened after looking it over myself and getting advice from local pc shop they suggest upgrading os will fix the issue so I upgraded to win 8.1 and along followed the blue screens now again upgrading after more advice I'm on win 10 and the bluescreens followed as a bad pool error rebooting I have included the requested report please help as spending the $150 the local pc shop wants is my next step
