I’ve been running PrintShop delux2.0 on my Windows 10 computer for 10 years. Now I can access it and use all the features, but it will not print. Should I uninstall and re-install it from the cd?

We do not have information on whether Printshop Pro Deluxe will be supported in Windows 10. However, most programs that are supported in Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 will work in Windows 10. For more information on the compatibility of this program in Windows
10, I would suggest you to contactPrintShop Support
for further assistance. They will be better suited to guide you with this.

You can also try installing the program in compatibility mode by following the steps below:

1. Right-click on the setup file of the program and select "Properties".

2. Select "Compatibility" Tab.

3. Place a check mark next to "Run this program in Compatibility mode" and select Windows 8
from the drop down list.

Printshop Deluxe 23.1 is not working on Windows 10.

I had the same problem with Printshop 23.1 for several months. I tried repairing the install, etc. without any success as it would pop up a screen giving incompatibility issues. I finally uninstalled it completely, but did keep the software and looked
for other software, none which were easy to use as the Printshop 23.1. I also lost the use of the Address Book that installed with Printshop 23.1.

• Today, I ran across my original disk and decided to try and install it once again and it went through without any problems and now I have the Printshop 23.1 working OK again as well as the address book and can access all the files associated with each.
  During this install a window popped up that it was installing in Windows 7 compatibility mode. Apparently one of the recent Microsoft Windows 10 updates fixed the problem.
• My computer is running 64 bit Windows 10 Pro (was upgraded from Windows 7 Pro 64 bit, and it has Program files for 64 bit and X86 32 bit).
