Windows 10: I’ve been trying to diagnose why ny pc keeps BSOD but have tried everything

I’ve used command prompt with DISM as well as sfc scannow, I’ve booted into a new windows, I’ve updated my motherboards bios msi 520M APro with a ryzen 5 5600 and it’s still randomly dying, although it seems to be when I try to download my GPU drivers 6700XT that it restarts and keeps crashing, with amd adrenaline not working either. I’ve tried everything all week but it just doesn’t want it work

• What exactly happens when you try to perform the above mentioned steps to pin application to Start?

ok
i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????
