Windows 10: ive been trying to log into my windows 11 pc but it keeps saying credentials could not be...

ive been trying to log into my windows 11 pc and it keeps on saying credentials could not be verified even tho i know my password. I have tried reseting my pc and it didnt work. I have tried putting it in safe mode shift + reset but that doesn't put my pc in safe mode. Can anyone help?

remote desktop keeps saying wrong credentials to access pc

we are having problems logging in with remote desktop. keeps saying we have the wrong credentials. we check and they are the only ones we have this pc was original a win 10 home was updated to enterprise and then downgraded to 10 pro then upgraded to win 11.

We suggest that you disable Credential Manager before mapping your Drives. Please follow these steps to disable Credential Manager:

• In the search box type “Services”
• Right click on “Services” and select “Run as Administrator”
• In the Services Window, look for Credential Manager Service and click “Stop”.
• Restart the computer and go back the Credential Manager Service and set it to “Automatic”.
• Restart the computer again.

I keep getting Check Credentials Notification on my notification bar. How to remove "Check Credentials Notification"

As you are still facing problem with check credential notification, I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the same issue occurs here as well.

Here are the steps:

• Go to Settings.
• Choose Accounts and then select
  Family and other users.
• Select add someone else on this PC.
• Enter a user name and hit next.
• Click on Finish.
• Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.
