    My wireless mouse and keyboard don't work now that I've upgraded to Windows 10

    I've read some of the previous posts and solutions, but I need to back the help up to a more fundamental level. I've never used Windows 10 before, so I don't know how to reach some of the suggested areas. For instance, some suggested making sure bluetooth
    was enabled. Others have talked about the power options on the devices. All this is fine, but I have no idea how to reach these areas.

    Can someone please post a step-by-step way to check this out?

    Sorry for the redundancy and thanks.

    I've not seen (or heard about) this before.

    I just performed a forced Win 10 update from a 1909 build to the latest 2004 build. I now no longer have access to my programs list via either the Start sequence or the Windows key! Can anyone suggest a fix? For me it’s serious detriment.

    I've been using this keyboard for about three years and I've started having trouble with it...

    Can't play pc game I've been playing for years

    So I've been playing Age of Mythology since it came out and I am so upset that now I am unable to play it potentially because of the new Windows 10 update. I have had this problem since the middle of last year and have been trying on and off to get it
    to work. I have googled all the fixes and have tried all of them. I can't go back to older Windows as its been too long since it updated and I've tried installing the game with compatibility with Windows 8 as I don't have the dropdown option for Window 10
    and it just wont work. I really don't know anything about laptops so there could be something I'm missing I just don't understand the terminology and don't want to mess things up more. Please if anyone knows what I need to do please help? I miss playing this
    game so much.
