Running Windows 11 Home Version 23H2 on Dell Inspiron AIO 5490 AIO. BIOS Mode UEFI and up to date.Total identified windows installations: 0 after using bootrec /rebuildbcd or bootrec /scanos command in Windows Recovery Environment. Ive done everything recommended online to fix the issue including a completely clean Windows Install with Windows Media Creation tool via USB which was just completed.After running the command again after clean install identified windows installations is still 0. When I use bootrec /fixboot I get Access is denied and when I try attrib c:\boot\bcd -h -r -s I get Path

I have the same problem with the identified windows installations 0

And im following your steps and when i reach step 4 it tells me:

The store export operation has failed.

The requested system device cannot be found.

What shall I do?!!!

After diskpart list I have only 1 desk which is the USB, and 1 volume and 1 partition!!!

 

Total identified Windows installations: 0

I set the SSD to inactive using the diskpart commands, and rebooted. I started another Getdataback scan, and this is what it looks like while running.

These steps actually worked for me. Then I made the mistake to go back and type in the command prompt bootrec / fixmbr

Bootrec / fixboot

And finally bootrec / scanos and find the same error message I had before. Total identified Windows installations:0

After this I tried the same steps that worked as you mention above, but I encounter while trying to rename the bcd as a duplicate file.name exists. Is there another name I could use?
