Windows 10: Ive encountered this when just restarting my pc. How i can fix it?

MY PC has just statred to restart even during Boot and after boot, Please help.

if you want to change any setting just do it step by step so you know what might happen when your pc restart again and again

Today is the 24th. I got a new PC on the 20th and I'm already getting a message that says "your pc has encountered a problem and needs to restart." Is this a common thing with Windows 10? I don't recall coming across it when I was a beta tester last summer,
but that doesn't mean it didn't happen.

Edit:

This error has happened twice now. The second time I was able to get an error code of: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. Anyone have any suggestions?

 

Inexplicable restarts

Thanks for your patient help and analysis, zbook. I'll step through some of your suggestions over the next few days - there's a lot to do and some look a bit hairy! That is, for a PC that is working sweetly right now...

One step I did try right away was to answer your question about whether my BIOS is up-to-date. I had no success at the AMI site but did get some info from this commercial site:
