Windows 10: I've forgotten my Windows PIN and password

I recently reset my windows PIN, and I promptly forgot it. My password is also long forgotten.My only saving grace now is that I also have a picture password.I've tried to reset the password but I can't remember the answers to the security questions, as I had many nicknames growing up.I've reset my Microsoft account password, which should automatically change the windows password as well. But it didn't.Any help would be much appreciated, thank you.

I tried steps of both links:

• #1: reset PIN code
  
  • I see no link "reset your PIN"on login page --> I can't reset it
    
• #2: change or reset windows password
  
  • My Windows account is not displayed at all on login page.
    
  • I am using a local account
    

If you have any other suggestion, I would be more than happy to try.
