Windows 10: I've formated my C drive containing win10 now how I can get Win10 ? I don't have Product...

My windows 10 crashed and it wasn't repairing itself, So I tried to repair using System restore. While restoring by laptop shut down due to low battery, after that I wasn't able to restore windows nor other troubleshot options were working refresh, resetting , repair, restore etc . I was left with only option that was to delete the C: drive containing windows. So I did this.

Now temporary I have installed pirated window to get access and help on "How to get my original windows back" ?

Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

When in win10:

• Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....

Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
- Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.

 

Formating my PC (WIN10)

I bought my PC (an Asus) two years ago and at the time it contained a WIN 8.1 and after the update I got my copy of the WIN10, and now after I feel a bit of lag, I'd like to format the WIN10 partition ( C ),

But the thing is that I don't have any copy of the WIN10, so how can I format it? is there a way to obtain the installation of WIN10 ? or can I just the built in option of "Remove everything" and will it be able to clean only the C partition?

Migrating Win10 to NVMe SSD

I am going to migrate my Win10 to my NVMe SSD. Installation wise there should be no problem. However I cannot seem to be able to erase the old Windows 10 on the SATA SSD. If I boot from USB Win10 Installation media it only ask me whether I want to repair the SATA SSD Win10 or not. Any ideas on how to complete erase the SSD that currently have Win10 on it? I tried sanitize drive and PSID revert in Win10, neither would work. The SATA SSD is Crucial MX200.
