High pitched chirp sound on videos

I just upgraded to Windows 10 and have 2 issues now:

1- At the beginning of videos on my PC and online, there is a loud, very high-pitched chirp sound. Last time I fixed this, it was a setting in RealTek.

2- RealTek audio driver is installed, but it does not show up in the list of drivers. I do a system check for updates or to see if it is working properly.

I am worried about uninstalling RealTek completely, because I read other users did that and now they do not have any sound. Please help!

Windows 10 freezing with loud buzzing sound

i'm having a lot of problems on my Windows 10 machine and to be honest i'm giving up on it, it used to run games well but now it crashes with a loud buzzing sound even in games that it used to run flawlessly, any help will be appreciated since no one i know has wanted or cared to help me, i've tried updating drivers, windows memory check, updating motherboard drivers, checking drive health and none proved effective, even clean installs of windows won't help, what do i do?

PC freezes and gives out loud buzzing sound in earphones

In these few weeks, when im playing Grand Theft Auto V online on my PC, it freezes randomly everyday. Whenever this problem occurs, the sounds from my game and Curse Voice will be replaced by a loud buzzing sound in my listening device-which is my earphones,
there will be no response from my PC whenever I press any key on my mouse or keyboard. My action every time is to force restart the PC by pressing the power button. I had done some research regarding this issue online on various forums, some suggest to disable
all sound drivers except one, some suggested that its an issue with the high temperature and overheating. Could someone help me on troubleshooting this and provide a solution for me to solve this annoying problem? Thank you
