    Nokia 5530 don´t start

    Last year I bought a nokia 5530 but a few days ago it don´t start.. It just appear the nokia logo and nothing else... I´ve been trying to hard reset it like you say in here but it doesn´t work... Please help

    i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
    nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????

    Thanks @joeandmarg0, i haven´t tried dxdiag as i don´t know what it is - but i´ll be right on it. If by sound pages you mean the windows settings bits for sound, yes, i´ve tried every option under every setting i could conceivibly imagine affecting output. the only thing i haven´t tried is disabling the hdmi to see if it is somehow blocking alternate outputs, i don´t want to disable it as it is also the monitor video cable, and i´ve had plenty of similar connection scenarios and the presence of a combi audio and video hdmi output has never prevented other sound output options.

    Really appreciate the time in the step by step on folders - good fella.
