Windows 10: Ive got pop ups that mess up my games and other things on my PC they are Disparetly.exe...

The pop ups close me out of R6 and freeze my game and make it so i cant tab back into my game and they play an ad that i cant close and it is always on max volume

No Safely remove notifiction pop up, HAVE Icon

1st suggestion didnt work at all.
2nd suggestion works but after that when i stop the device the "normal way" its still the same, no "safe to remove device" shows up
