Windows 10: I've had a problem for 2 days and my system restarts after booting up

So, there is a problem that I've been facing which is that my system gets into a constant loop, there are multiple scenario's I have witnessedScenario 1: AlwaysThe System boots up, I type my password and login to the system, I open file explorer and select a folder, I copy it and I can feel the fan stop working and the whole system freezes, the system then never responds until the system is forced to shut down, if not, it will continue for eternity possible. The operation time is from 2-3 minutes even at standbyScenario 2: FrequentThe System boots up and I see a blue screen, after which th

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

 

laptop doesnt boot automatically

This is what happened.

1. Did a repair install and later disabled hibertnate in CMD.
2. Enabled legacy option ROM in BIOS.
3. After a few times startup ( i used the system in such mode for 5 days), changed boot option back to default.
4. Vola!! It boots automatically to win10 without any keypress. Tested it with many starts to confirm the same.
5. Re-enabled hibernate option using CMD and later selected Fast Startup.
6. System booted normally, without the need for any keypress.

I do not know exactly whether such steps resolved the problem or what else happened, hence cannot suggest above steps.

Windows 10, Will not restart after System Restore.

I suggest you to perform a Power drain by following the steps provided below:

• Shut down the Computer.
• Remove all power source (including battery if it is a laptop).
• Press and hold the power button for 15-20 seconds.
• Connect the power source and start the computer.

If the issue still persists,

Check if the system boots to Safe mode using the ISO by following the steps below:

• Insert the installation media you created, and then restart your PC.
• On the Install Windows screen, select Repair your computer. (If you’re not seeing this screen, your PC might not be set up to boot from a drive. Check your PC manufacturer's website for info on how to boot from media,
  and then try again.)
• On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot. From there, you can use Safe Mode. Select
  Advanced Options > Startup Settings > Restart.
• After your PC restarts, select 5 or F5 to restart you PC in Safe Mode with Networking. If your PC won’t start in Safe Mode with Networking, try steps 2-4 again, and then, after your PC restarts, select 3 or F3 to
  Enable low-resolution video.
