Windows 10: Ive had about enough with the bluetooth problems on the Elite series 2

Over and over on the internet its the same story, it connects, you play a game, the game lags, and then it disconnects. I have bought two of these controllers within the last 6 months and they just do not work.



I even know exactly what causes it but i don't know why or how to fix it. Look - https://i.imgur.com/IhUO3AM.png its reading my controller with bluetooth fine but it also reads it as a "HID keyboard device" you see that little yellow triangle? The device cannot start, invalid parameter etc.


If you uninstall this "HID keyboard device" and go in game and play for a bit it works, but that "HID compliant device" sooner or later comes back up and is EXACTLY what causes the lag out and disconnect because i alt tab out and see it there again.


If i disable that "HID keyboard device" it causes my PC to BSOD repeatedly at that, as soon as it restarts and logs in while giving an wdf01000.sys error after playing for a bit etc.


Have nothing else connected via bluetooth. Keyboard, mouse, headphones etc is wired.

Xbox elite series 2 problem

I am trying to get my elite series 2 controller to work with pc games. The problem I am having is windows 10 is designating the xbox elite controller as "Bluetooth XINPUT compatible input device" which seems to be causing a problem in game with the mappings.
I have used a standard xbox one controller and did not have this problem. I have also use a wired game pad and did not have this issue. Please any help would be appreciated since in all my looking I can't find anyone else with this problem.

 

Elite Series 2 Bluetooth issues

I recently got my elite series 2 and I'm loving it but every time I turn it on, I go to connect and it doesn't show my controller is able to connect. I have to unpair it and reconnect it to Bluetooth. My airpods show up every time and but my controller
hasn't shown up once.

 

Elite Series 2 button problem

I have connected the Elite Series 2 via bluetooth to my Windows 10 PC, and yet the device manager reports a fault with it, also there is no driver update.

When I test the Elite2 in the properties/test menu, it reports the 'A' key as key 1 and key 11, and for some reason this automatically opens my STEAM client. I can't see what is causing this.
