Windows 10: I've had Windows 10 preinstalled on my PC for 5 years with no issues and it's suddenly...

I have tried system restore on multiple saves, draining the power from my PC with restarting, start-up repair but says it has failed as well as tried uninstalling updates. I don't know if someone has taken my key, a virus or if it's my actual PC that's the problem but I can't seem to fix it. I've tried calling Microsoft as well but I couldn't get through after multiple tries, I cant seem to find anything like this online either. I've had it for 5 years and it decided to kick off right before submission date. I turned off my PC yesterday and turned it on today to see the windows set up screen r

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

It's basically what I mentioned above, small issues here and there ,but nothing to end your day.. for the most part.

I know it's anecdotal, but for my experience 95% of the time it's perfectly fine. The issues I've run into wouldn't be enough for me to roll back , but they would be enough (had I not installed it yet) ,to avoid it for another couple weeks which is why I'm suggesting it to the OP

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
